המיקום והמתחם עצמו מעולה, קרוב להכל. ישנה בריכה מחוממת ענקית שזה פלוס ענק וחניה תת קרקעית.
התחזוקה של הדירה. שקעים רופפים, חוטי חשמל חשופים. ניקיון ברמה ירודה מאוד. בקושי נעשה ניקיון כלשהו וזה מורגש בכל מקום. נשארו חפצים של דיירים קודמים. הרבה מאוד תקלות מכל מיני סוגים בדירה שלא מטופלות.
