The owner was easy to contact via Zalo or WhatsApp. They were flexible and left the door open for me to come back in late. The amenities were all higher quality with a nice bathroom and a comfy enough set up.
Ironically I stayed at the quiet stay while they were renovating the downstairs into a cafe. Vinyl flooring install, lots of carpentry work, etc. hopefully that won’t be happening again and you’ll be able to enjoy a convenient coffee downstairs. The front of the alley is a garbage pick up site, which wasn’t ideal, but the neighborhood is lived in and the alleys are charming so take this for what it is. Dude needs to upgrade those TVs in the room though.

Đây thực sự là một homestay đáng giá và chất lượng tại trung tâm TPHCM. Phòng rất sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, thoải mái và rất yên tĩnh. Xung quanh rất nhiều nhà hàng và quán ăn ngon, gần các điểm tham quan trung tâm. Lần sau mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây.
