    I didn't expect much from this hotel, location is good because is not too far from city and ASOT Vietnam. the service I have received is much better than any hotel I've stayed before. Thanh An service was excellent. there was a night where we could not get a Grab service and we messaged him almost midnight for help. he helped us to get a taxi ride back to hotel safely. The room is clean, and it's away from the noise of the city.

    Despite being out of the main city center it was easy to get to. Our duty manager An was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile for us . Our room was set up beautifully and some fresh flowers for our Anniversary. An even got up an hour earlier to cook us breakfast before we left on our tour. He was amazing

    I had a great stay here. Beautiful rooms that are exceptionally clean, and breakfast was great too! A was such an amazing host and I hope to stay here again when I am back in HCMC!

    Although the location and facilities were good, I paid extra for a single room with an outdoor view. I ended up in a single room with no view. I tried contacting the property and simply asking for my money back which they continuously refused without giving a reason. Very disappointing as the room shouldn't be advertised with an outdoor view when there is no view at all, no window, and it felt claustrophobic, which is the reason I paid extra. I don't feel like I have been treated fairly as a customer and lost out on money in something that was falsely advertised.
