The room was exactly as pictured, and clean. It's also bright and airy, with lots of natural light. It is in a great location in a beautiful neighborhood, where you're surrounded by lots of great restaurants without the nightlife noise. The most important thing to me was that it was very quiet, even in the daytime. It's perfect for those who work in different time zones and might be on a different sleep schedule. No neighbor noises, or outside noises. Once I closed my door, I only heard the hum of AC units outside. Next door there were some construction noises briefly, but that was it. The wifi was okay. I was able to work while my daughter streamed her shows. It is an older building with older building issues, but it is well-taken care of, and minor issues are addressed promptly. The staff was very accommodating. There's also a 7-eleven across the street, and two Circle-Ks two streets away.

The staff was so good !! The girl in the dining area helped us a lot we came early around 10 a.m. she contacted the manager and helped us to store our luggage so we could go for cu chi tunnels at 12 pm. Then the owner's niece came to help us. She gave us towels, shampoo , and body wash so we could bathe there even though we went early !! She was sweet and helped us a lot. After the bath we paid for our stay. And we went for our cu chi trip. Then we go to the market for shopping. We came around 10'0 clock and both girls were especially waiting for us to give the room keys ! We are so touched with their hospitality!! We recommend this again and again ! The room was cleaned and specious it has a washing machine , refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, and kitchen items. She gave us 4 small water bottles. We have seen that when we book homestay they don't provide water bottles and toiletries . But here you can get it ! It's perfect for workation.
