Perfectly located between historic downtown Savannah and the beaches of Tybee Island, this charming, newly renovated 1940s home is ideal for family adventures or friends’ getaways. With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, and game room, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and have fun.
Sleeping Setup
- Primary bedroom: King bed
- 3 bedrooms: Queen beds (4 total)
- Kids’ room: Bunk beds
Space & Amenities
After a day at the beach or exploring Savannah, unwind on the cozy couches for a movie night, challenge each other to darts or air hockey in the game room, or gather around the firepit in the spacious backyard.
Additional features include:
- Full laundry room
- EV charger for your convenience
Neighborhood Note
This home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood across from a college campus and next door to a church. The area is generally very peaceful, though you may occasionally hear typical campus or neighborhood activity.
Dog-Friendly
One dog (up to 50 lbs) is welcome with a $75 pet fee.
- Must be crated if left alone (crate provided)
- Not allowed on furniture
- Guests must clean up after pets
Please share your dog’s age, weight & breed when booking

We had an excellent stay. The house was spotless when we arrived and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. One of the highlights for our family was the games setup. Air hockey, ping pong, and darts kept the kids entertained for hours.The playroom/bonus room was a fantastic addition and really made the home feel spacious. It gave us that extra space to relax without feeling crowded.Overall, this property checked all the boxes for a fun, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. A experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our group loved the home! It was clean and spacious for our group of 10. Caitlin was responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely book this place again!
