Relax with the whole group at this peaceful place to stay. Welcome to Laurel Oak House—your fun, shaded getaway under a canopy of Carolina trees! This 3-bedroom retreat sleeps 8 and is packed with ways to unwind. Gather for games, grill out on the deck, or end the night around the glowing fire pit. With peaceful outdoor spaces and cozy indoor comforts, it’s the perfect escape for families and groups looking to relax and have a memorable stay.
You’ll enjoy full access to the home with convenient keyless entry. Please note, a small maintenance closet in the home upstairs and downstairs will remain locked, though each bedroom includes its own guest closet for your use. The attached garage is also locked and inaccessible.
After booking, you’ll receive a link to your personal guest portal along with your guest agreement. Please take a moment to review and sign the agreement before your stay, as this step is required to receive your access details.
The guest agreement is designed to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. It includes important information on check-in and check-out, house rules, amenities, and other helpful guidelines that ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests. You’ll also find a link to purchase trip insurance, which we highly recommend for your peace of mind.
We live and work right here in Charleston, so while we won’t be on-site during your stay, we’re always just a quick message or call away—and happy to come by the home if needed.

This home is pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host. Restricted breeds are not permitted. For approved pets, a pet fee of $180 per pet, per reservation will apply.
For stays longer than 14 nights, please inquire before booking, as the pet fee and guidelines may differ for extended stays.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the reservation. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee per pet; however, bringing an undisclosed pet will result in a $200 per day charge.
