As travelers ourselves we value transparency, here are some specific things to be aware of.
- This house is in great shape and all our furniture is new. However the bathrooms and the kitchen could use an updating.
- Please note that the tub is perfectly clean, and functional, but has a slightly unsightly corrosion stain from an improper clean. It's perfectly safe, just not cute.
- We have our home professionally treated for pests and in the hot season we have it treated for mosquitoes to make the yard more fun and less buggy. That being said, this is still the deep south, and you may see a bug. This is not an indication of cleanliness, just the reality of a humid swampy area :) If you do see one just call us.
- This neighborhood is safe and our neighbors are chill but no area is perfect. Some people's yards look great, others don't. Some houses are pristine, some need updating. However this area is walkable and has plenty of kids in the area.

I would stay here again. Comfortable and Clean beds and towels. The house is a little dated, but clean and functional. I especially loved that there was coffee and creamer when we arrived. It fit my family of 7 well! Ceiling fans in every room was a nice feature as well!

We had a fun weekend in Charleston. This property was within a reasonable drive to Patriot Point Naval Maritime Museum, the Fort Sumter Tour, Golf courses and Restaurants. The property was comfortable with plenty of space. The property manager was also very accommodating when we requested a late check out due to a tour that was booked on the final day of our stay . Easy check in and Check out. Thank you Joseph.

The house was clean! Our host was friendly and a great communicator! Told us if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. I couldn’t recommend this property enough, it was perfect for our girls weekend. (It’s a 17 minute drive downtown and about 30ish mins from the beach, for those wondering)

I get that perfection is your goal as far as cleanliness but the bathrooms are dirty and have mold. Your cleaning service must improve. Even though you promise to make it right, after we check in it’s too late. For the fees charged it should be cleaner. Paint on floor in master, overall condition dated. Outside furniture and grill should all be replaced. Offered my number to call me direct but didn’t take me up on my offer. Neighbor hood very safe…cop lives on the same street. Close to airport- jets landing and army carrier planes. My father in law fell at the site due to step down in sunken living room. Step seam high.
