Step into a fresh, thoughtfully designed studio featuring:

- A plush king size bed with luxury linens
- A cozy lounge area for relaxing with a book or movie
- A sleek, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, essentials)
- A modern bathroom and full laundry with washer and dryer.
- Private balcony to soak in sunrise or sunset over Lake Wakatipu
Everything is brand new, clean, and crafted for comfort.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Please, no pets, no parties, and no smoking or vaping indoors.
A maximum of 2 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

Guests have full private use of the studio apartment and balcony.
