Unwind and enjoy ocean-side relaxation at our 2 BR/2BA “Bama Beach Condo" that sleeps up to 8 guests. Stroll to the beach just steps from our door along a rustic boardwalk that leads you through pristine, sugary white sand dunes to the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. The 1st floor location and walk-in shower may provide accessibility for folks who may have limited mobility.
Find your inner happy-place and reconnect with family and friends in the comfortable, peaceful environment of our beach condo. This 1st floor unit provides nearly 800 sq. feet of space and accommodates up to 7-8 guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, closet, flat screen TV, and private ensuite master bathroom. The sunny guest bedroom has a flat screen TV, closet, one queen bed, and twin bunks. The large guest bathroom provides a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. There is a comfy pullout sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and dining table in the open concept living room. Visit with family and friends as you prepare meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Small appliances, such as a toaster and coffee maker are provided for the convenience of our guests. Two outdoor pools, hot tub, and volley ball court are located in the courtyard adjacent to our condo. If you have a hankering to grill up your favorite meal, you can use any of the outdoor BBQ areas provided in the courtyard as well.
The Sassy Bass Island Grill, located on site, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and libations with down-home friendly service, and a panoramic view of the beach from their huge picture window. Food and libations may be ordered to go. They also sell coffee and ice cream.
The award-winning Kiva Dunes 18-hole Golf Course and Kiva Grill are just a short walk from our condo. There are also several other restaurants within close proximity to the Gulf Shores Plantation resort where you can enjoy lovely meals served with coastal Alabama hospitality.
There is a one-time parking permit fee that is paid to our HOA after you book and prior to your arrival. The cost of the parking permit is based on your length of stay: 2-3 Nights=$25, 4-6 Nights=$35, 7-14 Nights= $45, 15+ Nights:=$60. We will send a link after you book.
