We were looking for a nice place to stay on the lake and we found just that. No complaints.

The smoke detectors were going off like crazy. We changed batteries and they still wouldn't stop. There were dead bugs all over. It was very difficult to get down to the dock. There weren't in our opinion enough bedding for the couch sofa bed.
