The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and multiple storage spaces. The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing. For additional guests, there's a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

It’s just a 14-minute walk to Discovery Gardens Metro Station and provides quick connectivity to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). Residents can enjoy nearby dining options at Al Furjan East and West Pavilions, both just a 7-minute drive away, along with a cafeteria and a grocery store located on the building’s ground floor for added convenience.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
