Great view, 90th floor. It was nice. People who rented apartment like me, was nice. No regrets staying here. Nice tower.

Managment disorganized, they needed 3 days to give me access card/palm scan so i can enter the gym and pool. Ist was hard to get access to the gym. First 5 days if stay didnt have warm water in the shover.

I liked everything about the accommodation. It was clean and the terrace had a beautiful view of the Palm Island and the Marina. An unforgettable experience.

What I didn't like was the air conditioning. It was too cold the whole house.The air conditioning was set to 19°C. The hot summer months were over. People travel to Dubai for the pleasant warmth and sunshine, not to freeze. When I turned it off in the next room, room 2, the Asian man turned it on and told me to put on a hoodie. He was a rude man! I had to argue with him a lot.He ruined my vacation. The separate air conditioning needs to be fixed. If I don't need it, then I shouldn't be cold because of other people. It is December and the maximum temperature during the day was 28°C and not 45°C or 52°C at night it was only 22°C, so why the air conditioning?

If you want a comfortable stay. Please, don’t come to this place. Shower does not work. Leave alone hot water. WiFi, not working. Then before 12pm, guy was asking us to leave to clean the room when it wasn’t even the check out time.

I had a very bad time with this booked room with bath! No hot water in the room at all. Host didn’t help. Security as well. Water heater promised to be fixed in 3 days. Nobody came. I paid for private bathroom for nothing :(( which I couldn’t use Very bad service. Disaster host. No apology as a late check out at least. Even the room is not booked.

Great value for money.

The apartment is located in the middle of the breathtaking Dubai Marina. Being the tallest apartment building in the world, the views are obviously stunning! We arrived before check-in time and the staff went out of their way to still get us settled. Even though this is a self-service apartment, it was well stocked and clean.

Staying in a room of a dirty and crowded shared apartment - A bad memory

It was not written in the ad that a room in a shared house. Very busy Shared space. The kitchen and shared space are very dirty. In the description, it says parking with extra money, but at the time of check-in, they said there is no parking. The bath water is cold. The owner is irresponsible and does not answer calls. No hair dryer no pool My worst memory of traveling to Dubai is related to staying in this room and I checked out a day early because of this

При заезде были большие сложности, я провела целый час и не могла заселиться. У меня требовали номер комнаты, но в сообщении на электронной почне было указано только номер бронирования и при заезде он НАХРЕН НИКОМУ НЕ НУЖЕН, нужно было знать НОМЕР КОМНАТЫ… и с этим возникли ОЧЕНЬ БОЛЬШИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ!!!!! Почему не было указаны эти четыре цифры?????? Я провела целый час, меня не пускали… Я начала требовать администратора! Потом сказала вызову ПОЛИЦИЮ! Я с самолета уставшая прилетела, КАПЕЦ У ВАС ОБСЛуживание!!!! Администратор очень долго искал в телефоне у себя что-то… Потом мы пошли в номер, Я вздохнула с облегчением, думала буду ночевать на улице… Главное что бы я оплатила заранее, а потом за это никто не отвечает… Не было никакой информации заранее, МНЕ ПРОСТО НУЖНО БЫЛО ОТПРАВИТЬ ЗАРАНЕЕ НОМЕР КОМНАТЫ! Не было информации Где взять КЛЮЧ от комнаты??? Никого за сутки проведенные в номере, не было. ГДЕ взять пароль от WI-FI ?????? Мое испорченное настроение - испортилось еще больше, так как возникли трудности при выезде из номера… На следующий день в 10-00 утра мне срочно нужно выехать и оставить ключ??? КОМУ????? На меня опять смотрели внизу на охране Как на НЕНОРМАЛЬНУЮ, так как я им принесла ключи…. Я с чемоданом, уже опаздываю, охрана на меня смотрит в ужасе… я опять полнилась наверх, а это 82 этаж!!!! Меня давление иногда беспокоит… я опять пришла в квартиру села на диван и давай плакать, я не понимаю что вообще происходит???? Я человек ответственный и не могу просто бросить ключи и уйти ( хоть и депозита не оставляла) и случайно увидела на стене лист бумаги, там написан пароль WI-FI и номер телефона. Ура! !!! Но не тут то было… Интернет уже не нужен был, хотя я бегала при заселении опять на 1 этаж, на меня опять смотрели…. Вы поняли??? Хотя должны заранее мне написать всю информацию, что все указано на листе на Стине… в квартире. Ура, номер телефона!!! Я пишу на сообщение, что я выезжаю, куда оставить ключ? Где хозяин?? Но хозяин так и не ответил… строка ❌

Da vista e do quarto amplo.

Banheiro não estava limpo, cozinha suja e com cheiro forte. Não pudemos subir no Sky Lounge, não tinha papel Higiênico, o chuveiro na verdade é um chuveirinho/ducha, que fica dentro de uma banheria que molha o banheiro inteiro menos a gente, e a água não esquentava. A porta do apartamento vivia aberta, com o vento já abria sozinha.
