About this cottage rental
Cramar Cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster, a dining area with space for gathering over meals, and a sitting area with an electric fire. The additional living spaces include a utility and a separate sitting room with a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of three king-size rooms, one double, and two twins, along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with a patio, lawn, furniture, a gazebo, trampoline, slide, swing, fire pit and hot tub, and ample off-road parking. Within 2.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 5.4 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, however pets are not permitted. A starter pack for the woodburning stove is also provided. Note: Additionally, please be aware that the back garden is not fully fenced. We kindly advise you to keep a close eye on your pets or children when outside to ensure their safety. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 1000 GBP

Town: Milnrow is a pleasant, countryside town resting between Littleborough and Oldham, Greater Manchester. The town rests at the foothills of the South Pennines and is known for its rich history of farming, mining, and textile production, with surviving weavers' cottages among Milnrow's listed buildings. A selection of attractions includes Ellenroad Engine House Steam Museum, Hollingworth Lake Water Activity Centre, and Piethorne Valley country park. Dining options include The Gallows pub for classic British using seasonal ingredients, and Bellavista Restaurant for Italian cuisine paired with countryside views, while you can stock up at the local convenience store or supermarket. Just outside of Milnrow sits the larger town of Rochdale, where you can find further attractions and amenities such as Rochdale Pioneers Museum and Fireground Museum, while Healey Dell Nature Reserve sits just on the outskirts to explore the rich surrounding landscapes. The town of Littleborough is also nearby for Hare Hill House heritage museum and Whittaker Golf Club.
