Phoenix Lodge consists of an open-plan living space with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and dining seating. The sitting area includes a Smart TV and comfortable seating. The king-size bedroom is serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a decked area with furniture and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for one car just a short walk from the lodge. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. All of this awaits at Phoenix Lodge, a fantastic base for exploring Yarm and beyond. Town: Yarm is a quaint country town resting between Middlesborough and Leeds. The town is known for its high street, voted Britain's best in a 2007 BBC Breakfast poll, and the Yarm Viaduct which spans across the town, and offers a choice of attractions nearby including live music at the Princess Alexandra Auditorium, historic visits to Yarm Castle, and scenic picnics in Preston Park Museum & Grounds. Dining options include Muse, Tomahawk Steakhouse - Yarm, and Uno Ristorante Yarm, while you can stock up on essentials at the nearby Sainsbury's. Just outside of the the town rests the bustling town of Middlesborough, where you can find further attractions and amenities such as the National Trust - Ormesby Hall, Teessaurus Park, and the Dorman Museum.
