ARRIVE BETWEEN HARBOR LIGHTS AND THE HORIZON
You step onto Long Island and find yourself right in the light-filledliving and dining area, which, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, feels like a front-row seat on the water. Before you, the view opens up over the harbor entrance and the sailing and recreational boat marina. Sailboats often pass by here, seagulls circle overhead, and sometimes even a porpoise makes an appearance in the water.
The adjoining terrace is just a few steps from the water’s edge. The green space surrounding the house invites you to walk barefoot, play, read, and doze in the sun. Inside, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth—a quiet invitation to simply stay here even on stormy days and watch the weather.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area and is equipped to make even ambitious cooking a joy: dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso maker, and large countertops—from a quick pasta dish to a gourmet fish meal, anything is possible.

Two separate bedrooms accommodate up to four people—ideal for couples, friends, or a small family. Both rooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and, with their soothing colors, feel like little private retreats.
From here, you step right out onto the wraparound terrace. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, in case you’d like to wind down the day with a movie or TV show.

The apartment offers plenty of space across approximately 89 m², with clear layouts and well-thought-out amenities. The private parking space is located directly in front of the house. A shared charging station is available for electric cars, located in the apartment on the upper floor. Dogs are welcome, and thanks to a high chair and a crib, even the little ones will quickly feel at home.
