About this apartment rental
Just a few metres from the sandy Weidefeld beach and the harbour promenade, this spacious holiday property boasts a central location with spectacular water views and stylish Rhode Island-style furnishings. You can enjoy the morning and evening sun on two terraces.
Newport lives up to its name, surrounded by coastline, breathtaking scenery and beautiful architecture.
The private wellness area invites you to relax: an infrared heat cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a large relaxing whirlpool bathtub with a view of the water are available after a walk on the beach.
The living/dining area of the holiday home is flooded with light, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides. The terrace adjoining the dining area offers fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Harbour cinema and romantic sunsets are guaranteed and provide entertainment during a convivial barbecue.
On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast in the morning sun on the east-facing terrace, pure holiday feeling.
The living room is cosy, with a comfortable seating area that invites you to spend an evening by the fireplace on rainy days. The Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme also provides indoor entertainment.
The holiday home's relaxation area is located on the second level. The master bedroom has a fantastic harbour view. Fall asleep under the starsA skylight not only allows a view of the starry sky, but also of the dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. Two additional beds are available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.
A further shower room on the first level provides additional comfort.
A private car parking space and bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house.
Our favourite place: Feeling New England. Watch the sailing ships pass by on the water terrace as they enter the harbour and relax in the gentle sea breeze.
This holiday property is a maisonette flat on the first and second floors.
Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
