As the name suggests, the Maine holiday property is surrounded by coastline, forest and fields. Charmingly unfussy and furnished in a maritime style, Maine lives up to its name and invites you to enjoy a holiday close to nature with fresh air and fantastic views. You can enjoy the morning and evening sun on two terraces. The private wellness area invites you to relax: an infrared heat cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a large relaxing whirlpool bathtub with a view of the water are available after a walk on the beach. The living/dining area of the holiday home is flooded with light, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides. Fantastic views open up from the terrace adjoining the dining area with a view over the sailing and sports boat harbour of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Harbour cinema and romantic sunsets are guaranteed and provide entertainment during a convivial barbecue. On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast in the morning sun on the east-facing terrace, pure holiday feeling. The living room is cosy, with a comfortable seating area that invites you to spend an evening by the fireplace on rainy days. The Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme also provides indoor entertainment. The holiday home's relaxation area is located on the second level. The master bedroom has a fantastic harbour view. Fall asleep under the stars, a skylight not only allows you to look up at the starry sky, but also at the dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. In the second bedroom, two single beds invite you to dream. Two more beds are available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area. A further shower room on the first level provides additional comfort. A private car parking space and bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house. Our favourite spot: watching the sun sink into the water from the terrace after a long day at the beach. This holiday property is a maisonette flat on the first and second floors. Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay.
