About this apartment rental

Cozy apartment in Tavullia, near Gradara, Pesaro, and the beaches. The apartment features one bedroom and a spacious living room with a sofa bed, ideal for families or couples, and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

I personally manage the apartments and am always available for any questions or needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, and freezer, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Guests can relax on the terrace or in the spacious living area.

The apartment is all on one level, accessible and convenient for those who prefer practical, barrier-free spaces. Stay comfortable all year round with air conditioning and heating, and enjoy fast Wi-Fi.

For meals outside, the nearby restaurant and pizzeria “Pavone Bianco” offers both on-site dining and takeaway or delivery.

The apartment also offers beautiful views of the hills and distant mountains, perfect for those who enjoy the peace of the countryside while staying close to the lively city.
