About this house rental
A 160 sqm cozy and bright villa with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and three bathrooms, with a large garden of 300 sqm and private parking space.
SPACE:
The ground floor (80 sqm) has a kitchen (with dishes, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher), dining room with TV, living room (with 2 sofas, shower and TV), 1 small bathroom and a storage room.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 double with dressing room, 1 double, 1 twin)
All three rooms are equipped with air conditioning (independent split).
On the first floor there are also 2 bathrooms, one with tub and shower and one with shower only.
The Villa overlooks a large garden of approximately 300 sq. M. At guests' disposal there is a table and chairs for lunches and dinners, and sun loungers and deck chairs for relaxation.
There is 1 exclusive car parking space at the entrance of the Villa.

Parco San Bartolo is a spectacular hilly system along the Adriatic coast: 1600 hectares of protected and uncontaminated territory that join Gabicce in Pesaro. A half ideal for nature lovers and outdoor sports, with hiking, bicycle and mountain biking trails.
For lovers of the sea, the ideal destinations inside the Park are the Baia Vallugola, where there is also an equipped facility and the Fiorenzuola di Focara beach, a totally pristine place.

We spent two weeks at Gabicce Mare and had a great time. Monica and Lorenzo were very friendly and helpful hosts and supported us with everything we needed. They even had a toy and fresh water prepared for our dog!

Ein Haus in dem man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, blitzsauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung standen frische Blumen am Tisch, es war Wasser im Kühlschrank auch auch an Dingen wie Öl Essig Salz.... war alles vorhanden. Der Garten ist schön aber leider war er zu unserer Reisezeit unbenutzbar, da die Mückenplage extrem war. Gleiches galt für die Gartensitzgruppe. Alle Fenster und auch die Balkontüren sind mit stabilen Mückennetzen versehen so dass man dort sicher ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Meer fußläufig in 5 Minuten allerdings ist der Weg sehr steil. Der Sandstrand ist nicht sehr breit, es gibt viele bewirtschaftete aber auch einen freien Strand. Gabicce ist ein Urlaubsort der Italiener, die Qualität der Restaurants damit sehr gut, es gibt einige tolle Fischlokale.
