Newly built apartments in a villa in Gabicce Mare, located in a panoramic and exclusive area, immersed in the greenery of the San Bartolo natural park, enjoy a magnificent sea view.
Walking along a path inside the park, in a few minutes, you can reach the
beach of Gabicce Mare.
From each apartment it is possible to enjoy the splendid sea view that stretches from Rimini to the Gabicce Monte promontory. Thanks to the panoramic position and the sea-front orientation, the breeze makes even the hottest and sultry days pleasant.
The apartments are ideal for relaxing and sporting holidays with the nearby tennis courts and five-a-side football fields, or for jogging, trekking, birwatching, mountain biking and long bike rides on the panoramic road of the San Park Bartolo.
The distance from the beach is 400 mt. approximately and from the center of 600 mt. , free wi-fi.

Clean ant nice apartment with wonderfull vew to the see from balcon. Not far to the see. Franceska was very nice and we have got gift one morning : fresh crosans, coffee, milk, water. Kitchen full of tools, plates, glasses. We reccomend this place for good holiday.
