Two spacious bedrooms, each with a 160-cm double bed, ensure restful nights. The large, bright living room is perfect for relaxing, while the fully equipped kitchen—featuring induction cooktops, a dishwasher, an air fryer, and other amenities—provides everything you’ll need for your stay. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as an additional guest restroom, are also available. Wi-Fi, towels, and a hair dryer are included. There is a private parking space right next to the house, and a private basement storage area offers plenty of space for skis, bicycles, or hiking gear. The large communal garden is perfect for relaxing or for children to play. Here you’ll find peace, comfort, and everything you need to make your stay in the Bavarian Forest especially enjoyable. We look forward to welcoming you! Our vacation rental is located on the first floor of a modern, lovingly maintained two-family home. The house is situated in a quiet residential area and is surrounded by nature, meadows, and an impressive mountain panorama—ideal for anyone seeking relaxation, peace, and closeness to nature. Shopping options are very close by: A small corner store is just a two-minute walk away, and the supermarkets in the neighboring town of Lam are also within easy reach (Edeka, Rewe). The Cham train station is about 40 kilometers away. Right on your doorstep, you’ll find numerous recreational opportunities for both summer and winter. Over 300 kilometers of hiking trails in the Lamer Winkel region invite you to go on extended hikes. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Bavarian Forest Zoo and the Kleine Arberseebahn railway. The Großer Arber ski area is about eleven kilometers away, as is the Scheiben cross-country skiing center. Swimming lakes, toboggan runs, bike paths, as well as the Osserbad indoor pool and the Huber Weiher natural swimming area ensure a variety of activities. Tourist tax: 1 EUR per day for guests 16 years and older; 0.50 EUR per day for guests aged 6–15. Pets are not allowed. The deposit is 50% of the total accommodation cost.
