Vacation apartment (120 m²) for up to 8 people

This bright and welcoming 120 m² apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 8 people. It was newly renovated in 2023 and lovingly furnished. Three separate bedrooms are available as follows: a large family room with a double bed, a bunk bed, and a baby cot; a bedroom with a box-spring bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m; and a bedroom with an upholstered bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a TV, a wood-burning stove, and a children’s play area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, and basic kitchenware such as glasses, dishes, pots, pans, a coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, hand blender, and toaster. The spacious, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower includes a washing machine that can be used free of charge. An additional guest restroom is available. Payment is due in advance. A deposit equal to 100% of the total price will therefore be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM or by arrangement. Check-out should be by 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed (max. 3 pets—starting at 10.00 EUR per pet/night). Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A crib is available upon request. In the interest of sustainability, we would appreciate a minimum stay of 6 nights. All utility costs are included in the price. Dishes, hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens are provided. Two free parking spaces are available. The visitor’s tax (per night) of 1.60 EUR per adult (ages 16 and up) or 0.50 EUR per child (ages 6–15) will be billed separately on-site. A bread roll delivery service from the organic village bakery can be booked at any time.
