This spacious 80-square-meter vacation apartment offers plenty of room to feel at home and relax. The heart of the apartment is the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you could want: In addition to a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, and a freezer, you’ll also find a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and a hand blender—ideal for cozy cooking evenings with family or friends. The inviting living and dining room features a large table, a bench, swivel chairs, and a comfortable sofa area that invites you to linger. A flat-screen TV with internet access and free Wi-Fi ensure top-notch entertainment and a convenient connection to the outside world. In total, the vacation rental has three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a spacious family bed (240 x 200 cm), and another with a comfortable box-spring bed of the same size (240 x 200 cm). The third bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm) as well as a practical two-seater sofa. A separate guest restroom and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, a walk-in rain shower, and decorative natural stone walls provide additional comfort. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are provided, as is a washing machine—ideal for longer stays. As a special treat, our guests receive the Bayerwald ActivCard for the duration of their stay, which includes free admission to over 130 recreational facilities in the Bavarian Forest, such as Osserbad in Lam, the Bayerwald Lohberg Wildlife Park, mine tours, summer toboggan runs, Bayernpark, e-bike rentals, and much more. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: 1.30 EUR per person/night. Up to 3 pets are allowed for a fee of 6.00 EUR per pet/night. A crib can be provided upon request for a fee of 20 EUR per stay.
