About this house rental
The "Rêves et Loire" cottage, recently restored, welcomes you in a warm and comfortable setting.
On the first floor, you will discover:
an entrance hall, a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, spacious and functional (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, hood), open to a bright living room,
A relaxation area with television and table football, ideal for sharing good times with family or friends,
A bedroom with a shower room, equipped with a hairdryer, for your comfort, as well as a separate toilet.
A linen room is at your disposal, equipped with a washing machine, an iron and a board, ideal to facilitate your stay.
For families, we also provide a high chair, a booster seat, a stroller and a baby bath, in order to travel serenely and without hindrance.
Upstairs, the mezzanine leads to three bedrooms, as well as a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, and a separate toilet, offering a comfortable and well-organized sleeping area to accommodate the whole family.
A closet is also provided, with a folding bed, mattresses and baby sheets, as well as extra pillows and duvets, to meet all your needs during your stay.
Outside, you will enjoy:
. a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a parasol, ideal for your moments of relaxation.
. a second dining area, facing south at the front of the house, perfect for enjoying your meals in the sun.
. a walled garden, fully secured, offering a safe and pleasant space to let the children play in peace.
A private parking lot is at your disposal to park your vehicles safely, directly near the cottage.
It is also possible to park at the back of the house to unload your belongings more easily, for optimal comfort on your arrival and departure.
