About this villa rental
Set high above Playa Hermosa, this stunning two-level villa offers unmatched ocean views from every room. With 4,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living, the home is designed for comfort, privacy, and unforgettable sunsets over the Papagayo Peninsula.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The home is located in Monte Paraiso, one of Playa Hermosa’s most prestigious gated communities. The beautifully landscaped development features solid paved roads, underground utilities, 24/7 security and backup pressurized water system.
Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR). It has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants. It's a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops.
Guests have full, private access to the home.
The main level features a soaring great room with a Smart TV, spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating. Two ocean view king suites sit on either side of the home, offering privacy and direct access to the terrace. Upstairs, a third king suite with balcony access is joined by a cozy den with a sofa, wet bar, workspace, and Smart TV — perfect for relaxing or catching up on emails.
Step outside to sweeping terraces and an infinity-edge pool that seems to melt into the Pacific. Dine alfresco, grill up your catch of the day, lounge in the shade, or watch the colors change across the bay as the sun sets. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Playa Hermosa. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking and could be enjoyed both inside and outside the villa. Large glass windows across two levels filled the space with natural light and provided stunning ocean views throughout.
The rooms were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days in the sun or exploring the area. The infinity pool was beautiful and quickly became a favorite spot to unwind and take in the scenery.
The wide open living space, with a large TV and cozy couch, was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. As a fun and memorable bonus, monkeys visited us on three different occasions, which truly added to the unique and unforgettable experience.
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway in Playa Hermosa. 🌊🌴🐒
