About this house rental
Welcome to Island Hideaway!
• Unique private home hidden under the live oak trees in North Topsail.
• Nestled on two private lots, just 0.1 miles to closest beach access.
• Hot tub, outdoor wood fire pit, propane grill, & private outdoor shower!
• Large seasonal community pool (Open early May through mid-October)
• Neighborhood tennis courts and kayak launch. Two Kayaks provided!
The Space
• Screened in porch with outdoor dining table and seating.
• Hot Tub, propane grill, wood fire pit, and private outdoor shower.
• Parking available for up to 6 cars in carport & driveway
• 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms (Sleeps up to 8 guests)
• Bedroom 1: King Bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
• Pull out sofa bed in living room
• Well stocked kitchen. Coffee and 12 cup coffee pot provided.
• High Speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV's
• Family friendly; Assorted Beach Supplies (2 chairs, & 1 Umbrella), Two kayaks provided, Pack n play, highchair, Board Games, & Books.
House Rules:
- NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $250 fee for deodorization treatment.
- Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs will incur a $200 fee.
- Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
- Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low.
- In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
- Guest must sign rental agreement.
Pet Policy:
- Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
- Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $250 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
- Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay.
- Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted.
- Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
- Dogs must be fully housebroken.
- Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens.
- No dogs allowed over 60 pounds.
- No cats allowed due to an allergy in the family.

House was clean and better than expected from the pictures. Bed very comfortable. Lot was lovely and private. The yard was interesting with a lot to see. Really enjoyed the proximity to the ocean.
