• Bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, ziplock bags
• Clean linens including comforters, shams, and beach towels
• Pack ‘n Play, high chair, and noise machines available upon request (first come, first served)

• $200 pet fee per pet
• Fenced yard is perfect for furry friends
Booking Details:
• $400 security deposit and signed rental agreement processed via Ownerez after booking
• Renter must be 25+, with matching ID and credit card
• No smoking, no parties. Quiet hours after 9:30 PM

The house and location was perfect for our family vacation. My three year old grandchild loved the kid’s corner, which was a unique special touch. Having the pool and the beach within close proximity and easy access made the stay all we could ask for - highly recommend!

We loved this beach house. It was perfect for multiple families (and our pup). The location was ideal- across from the beach access path and a great pool. Highly recommend.
