About this house rental
“No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem” is located in The Village of Stump Sound and is a quick walk to the community pool and beach access. The private cottage offers 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath, a queen sleeper sofa, and will accommodate 10 of your favorite people!
With hardwood floors throughout the home, an outside hot/cold shower to rinse off the sand from the beach, it makes this an easy kept home while you are here on vacation!
The top floor is open with living, kitchen, dining room which provides the perfect accommodation for family enjoyment with a Big Screen TV to watch your favorite ballgame! Off of the living area is a King Size Master Suite with an attached master bathroom. This room has direct deck access to enjoy the ocean views and sunrises with a cup of coffee or book!
The 1st level floor offers 3 other bedrooms. A Queen Ocean Side Bedroom with attached bathroom. A Twin Ocean Side Bedroom and Queen Ocean Side Bedroom share a hallway bathroom and each are equipped with flat screen TV’s. All of the 1st level bedrooms have direct deck access to enjoy the ocean breezes and sounds of the waves for perfect relaxation!
The Village of Stump Sound community does offer a boat ramp, tennis courts, and pool, which are accessed with a private code. The home offers parking for multiple vehicles, however all trailers must be able to fit under the carport, campers are not welcome.
2 dogs, under 25lbs each, allowed with paid pet fee per dog.
No Smoking or Vaping.
Linens not included but can be pre-ordered.

Beautiful home, easy access to the beach. We’ve always traveled to the Emerald coast of Florida, but this vacation changed our minds. We will be returning to the Topsail area from now on. Our daughter lives on base and we were able to visit with her, and take our granddaughter on so many fun excursions. Lots of steps in the home but we got used to it. Great layout, peaceful neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores. The home had everything we needed, we just brought sheets and towels. Loved the parking area for our beach gear. Everything was perfect!
