Set in a quiet, central pocket known for its mountain views and quick access to the Uptown Design District, this home places you minutes from Palm Canyon Drive’s restaurants, vintage shops, mid-century galleries, and the city’s iconic outdoor lifestyle.
Inside, an airy open-concept layout invites everyone to gather with ease. The living room blends natural textures and modern finishes, anchored by a beautiful fireplace and a large flatscreen TV—perfect for slow mornings or relaxed evenings. Just beyond, the chef’s kitchen offers high-end appliances, generous counter space, and a spacious island ideal for cooking together, while the dining table for eight sets the tone for memorable meals and celebrations.
Thoughtful design extends into the sleeping spaces. The primary suite features a king bed, a spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower, and its own dedicated workspace. - Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking.
Parking Details:
- Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.
- Please note: Home has an EV charger for Tesla and an adapter for other electric vehicles.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
