With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the cool amenities like high speed WiFi, AC, and a washing machine during your stay. A modern, upscale home in the heart of Palm Springs with stunning mountain views. Attractive indoor living spaces . Enjoy multiple outdoor seating areas and a luxurious private SALT WATER pool, spa, that it is all remodeled. There is $85 charge to heat up the pool. The spa will be heated up to one hour per day upon your request. And the latest we will turn it on it is at 9 PM. Outdoor lighting and outdoor dining.
Nature lovers will appreciate that Joshua Tree National Park is within driving distance of the property, many other hiking trails, boutiques, art galleries, cabarets and casinos.
In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras to monitor main entry points. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior of the home; there are no cameras on the interior.
2 Car indoor parking garage and ample street parking is also available.
By the city of palm Springs ordinance the person whose name is on the reservation must produce a valid ID prior to check in through the Vrbo app. The responsible party must be 25 years or older to book our property, And all guest names must be listed on the Contract. We can host up to 8 guests. The prices are for a maximum stay of 6 guests. For additional guests ( up to 8) there will be a charge of $50 per person per night.
This should not be used as a party house and special events like weddings are not allowed. No outdoor music or any amplified noise is permitted outdoors and indoors. Quiet hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.( per city) The City issues fines for excessive noise violations and we also impose a hefty fee if there is a violation.
Books and games are available for guests.
No smoking of any kind is allowed and there will be a fine of $1000.00
Sweetheart puppies must be on the leash all the time. ( per city)

This is a beautifully updated home. Pool area has a great Palm Springs vibe, as does the interior of the house. The owner responded quickly to questions and was very helpful.

Perfect getaway! The home was perfect for our family of 5 plus dogs. Fully stocked with everything you need and didn’t know you needed. Beautiful home and awesome pool bbq. The owner was always responsive and so kind. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommended.

We stayed here for our annual girls trip. The house was so fun. The decor totally fit the vibe of area. The outdoor space was amazing! Would definitely stay again.
