Villa Colleverde is a modern property with swimming pool situated in the south-east of Sicily, not far from Noto.
Immersed in greenery, but only a few minutes' drive from the sea, this property is ideal for relaxing holidays and is also an excellent base to visit the baroque towns of the Noto Valley and wonderful sandy beaches, such as the ones at Vendicari, San Lorenzo and Santa Maria del Focallo.
Set in a lovely rural setting, framed by olive and carob trees and dry stone walls, the villa offers a large garden, a beautiful private pool and a terrace equipped for al fresco dining.
At guests' disposal: private pool, 4,50 x 10,00 meters, minimun depht 0,20 meters - maximum depht 1,50 meters; private garden; internet wi-fi; parking; air conditioning.
Distances:Rosolini (any kind of shops) 6 km, Marzamemi 16 km, Noto 18 km, Modica 25 km, Siracusa 48 km, Comiso airport 65 km, Catania airport 100 km, Taormina 140 km.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
