About this villa rental
The villa is nestled in the lush countryside surrounding Noto, along the Via del Barocco, and features tastefully designed, welcoming spaces for those seeking a minimalist yet sophisticated style. The entire villa is designed to ensure a high level of comfort and is distinguished by its taste and elegance.
The villa features 3 bedrooms (one of which can be converted into a studio) and 3 bathrooms with showers (two of which are en suite); the spacious eat-in kitchen opens onto the living room, which is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace.
At the front of the house, a large terrace directly overlooks the valley with a view of the sea, while the back and side, nestled against the hill, offer more private and intimate outdoor spaces. The villa includes a swimming pool surrounded by the garden (in the style of a traditional “gebbie”) as well as a garden with fruit trees.

We had a fabulous week in the villa.
Couple of issues that might be just teething problems as it looks like it hasn't been rented out for long.
We weren't told how difficult it would be to find the villa so it took us a long time to actually find the place. If we had been told it was very tricky from the start and told it's best to arrange an exact time and place to meet somewhere to be guided there it would have been much better. There was one text (whilst we were driving to find it so couldn't read at that time - needs to be communicated earlier) saying he could meet us somewhere if we would find that eaiser but that didn't really explain that would be the best option.
Also we did explain that we needed all three rooms to have proper beds and I asked if the third room was a sofa bed but was told it wasn't. It very much was and the mattress was not comfortable. Maybe okay for a child but not for an adult It was a bit disappointing as we had specifically booked having been told all three rooms had proper beds.
Apart from that it really is stunning there, I think maybe a few glitches due to it being fairly new? Best for adults, the pool isn't great for young kids. But adults will absolutely love it there.
