1BR Granny Flat - Free Parking - Near Airport & Train

Are really impressed with the granny flat in Arncliffe. It exceeded our expectations, as it is incredibly well equipped with all our required amenities. The queen-sized bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the living area is practically set up. The kitchen, although compact, contained all the latest appliances and had every utensil required, and included a top of the range F&P 12kg washing machine and dryer. The private secure courtyard area has a privacy screen of glorious Murraya paniculata shrubs and high fencing so was suitable for our dogs. It’s located close to the airport but we didn’t hear any aircraft noise.

There wasn’t a dishwasher, but enough bench space and a drying rack so this isn’t really an issue.
