You may park on Younger and 3rd Ave without a parking permit from October through May 13. Parking permits are only required to park on 2nd Ave at meters during that time. From May 14 to September, this permit is required for parking on any street surrounding the unit. One parking permit will be available for guests during the months when it is required.
