Mandalay Park Farmstay Dooralong Private Farm Holiday Home with Pool Animals

Lots of space, beautiful outlook, great animal interactions, plenty of parking. The drive around the property to feed the cows and see some deer was a highlight. This was an extra special treat knowing that the host drove up just to take us out. The kids loved being able to let the chickens and geese out and visit the donkey, rabbits and horses. Loved the shed for an extra break-out space, especially due to wet weather, and when it wasn’t raining the kids enjoyed the pool and running around the extensive property. We had a wonderful family vacation.

If I had to be really picky, the dining table wasn’t big enough for our large group, not enough kitchen supplies and the bedding arrangements didn’t quite fit our requirements. But that’s more about the 5 kids all wanting to be in the same room. In the wet, the path down past the pool towards the shed got very slippery and muddy which was a bit dangerous for my parents in their 70s. My daughter was bitten by a rabbit but she was not adequately supervised when it happened so probably had her hand in the wrong spot.
