Le Chateau is all about relaxing, and forgetting the outside world, spending quality time with your friends and family in seclusion and quiet. It comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests and is perfectly designed to cater for families, family reunions, yoga retreats and guests wanting to relax and unwind.
Step inside and see that this property reflects a palette of colours with high ceilings, French doors, exquisite art pieces and impeccable interior design. It’s uniquely furnished and has the feel of a French chateau.
Set over three levels and situated on acres this property features 8 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, the ensuite to the master boasts a two person spa bath. 4 of the bedrooms open onto a balcony with multiple little pockets to enjoy a quiet coffee and soak up the sun.
Lush greenery surround the large infinity edge pool and entertaining area where lounge chairs await you.
Even in winter this property is appealing with its fireplace and multiple living areas.
BOTTOM LEVEL
The lower level features the billiard room, laundry, one guest bedroom and a bathroom. Everyone can come together yet still have their privacy.
MIDDLE LEVEL
If you like to cook or prefer a private chef, the chef inspired kitchen will cater for small and large groups. You’ll appreciate the miele appliances, gas cooktop, refrigeration, dishwasher and coffee machine. The kitchen area opens up to a large outdoor balcony with BBQ and while also overlooking the pool with a large table seating 8.
The dining room seats 12 to 14 people and the family room will comfortably accommodate large groups.
Two light filled bedrooms are located on the middle level. One which opens onto the back balcony. Provide everyone with the space they need.
TOP LEVEL
The top level features a further 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large master suite features his and hers wardrobes and ensuite did I mention the ensuite to the master has a two person spa bath?

Le Chateau is unique in that we provide comfortable accommodation sleeping up to 18 people, at Le Chateau you will not find bunk beds/fold out beds or sofa beds. We offer you 8 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds suitable for multiple couples, singles or dual families.

The main outdoor entertainment areas of the Le Chateau are located at rear of the property, they offer you complete seclusion, with the swimming pool, heated spa and outside patio area being completely private and secluded and they cannot be viewed by any of the neighbouring properties. The front of the property is set back 30 metres from the tree lined street and features a formal water fountain and formal gardens. There is a seperate garage/studio on the very front boundary of the property which is not part of the lease, and doesn’t form part of the property facilities.
LOCATION
Le Chateau is a short drive to Terrigal Beach and located only minutes to Erina Fair Shopping centre. Holgate is known for its prestige acreages with grand homes. Feel like you are miles away but jump in the car and before you know it you are at the shops or beach. Coming from Sydney? Le Chateau is located one hour north of Sydney. Le Chateau is located on Wattle Tree Rd at Holgate.

NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR
Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses.
The guests agrees to:
- Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house.
- Not have any party, event or function
- Please note we do cap the adults at the house, unless otherwise approved. (We do accept family style bookings, corporate/ retreats and minors are welcome at all our properties)
- The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct – we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours.
Noise
- You are welcome to use a speaker ‘UE Boom 3’ size or similar INSIDE ONLY at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints, we will ask you to turn this off.
- QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am
- DJS are not permitted onsite at any time. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all properties.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.
**Sorry we are unable to do a Saturday check in or out**
**If a booking request is sent for a Thursday - Saturday or Saturday - Monday the weekend rate applies, this need to be manually set on the calendar so please be aware we will change this over once you have sent through a booking request. This is due to the higher rates for cleaning. **
Please note there is a granny flat at the very front of the property. This is a separate flat to the main house and cannot see into the house/ out the back at all.
You will be asked to sign a holiday agreement at the time of booking.

We stayed as a group of women who love to sing and cook and Le Chateau delivered. We enjoyed the lush surrounds, welcoming living spaces, generous bedrooms with proper beds for all (no bunks), gorgeous pool and relaxing spa. The decor was tasteful without being too contemporary and cold. The kitchen was functional with most items we needed, although a second dishwasher for this number of guests would be welcome.The hosts were responsive and helpful and allowed us a slightly later checkout as there were no incoming guests which was appreciated.We loved our stay and will return.

The property was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations! As a large family with three generations, the home catered to all our needs. Danielle was super helpful throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this property, the amenities and it's host :)! Thank you for an amazing holiday!!

Beautiful property location. Amenities were in average condition for the price of the property (e.g wall paint, broken/damaged doors). Little details were missing compared to other hosts: very old and dogged compendium for stay, no salt, no pepper, inadequate coffee pods for size of guests staying, no long life milk, no food storage solutions for left over food.
