You will enjoy 180-degree north-facing water views across the tranquil Budgewoi Lake which boasts a private concrete jetty and boat ramp.

There are 4 toilets, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, full glass-enclosed balconies both up and down enjoying the glorious water views with a gas b-b-q.

Bookings not accepted for parties / functions / under 25's/ schoolies or bucks/ boys & hens' weekends.
To moor your boat in the private jetty you will need to launch the boat from the public ramp at Toukley bridge and park and drive your boat up to the property.

We are a group of friends who organise a weekend getaway a couple of times per year. This place was perfect for us. Heaps of space & bedrooms. The pool is fabulous. Maybe a bit more shade near the pool would be great.
