The property was nicely appointed, modern & clean. Nice view.

The good first impression faded very quickly after we took showers. The towels smelled terrible forcing us to drive to a grocery store to get detergent so that we can wash all the towels before using them again. Not a good start to our stay, especially as the facility did not have any necessary supplies you would expect from a vacation rental. The worst part of the stay was how unresponsive the staff was. I requested help from Joana multiple days regarding the air conditioning as it was too hot for us to sleep - but those texts to Joana were totally ignored. This caused us to be really tired during the day as we could not get a good nights rest due to how hot the rooms were. In addition the shared bathroom did not have a working sink which made it very inconvenient. A disappointing stay.
