A casa é bastante espaçosa e encontra-se relativamente perto do centro do Funchal. Internet e TV a funcionar bem. É fácil estacionar na rua e os acessos são bons para a orografia da Madeira.
Faltam algumas coisas básicas para 6 pessoas que pretendam cozinhar, como por exemplo talheres, tachos e travessas de maior dimensão. Era bom se tivesse almofadas de diversas espessuras e aquecimento (edredons), pois infelizmente o tempo não ajudou na semana que lá estivemos e a sensação de frio é presente na casa. O isolamento acústico é o normal das casas na Madeira... Necessita de alguma manutenção básica na limpeza exterior (folhas e ervas).

Probably because of low season (we stayed at the end of February) in villa was very very cold and the smell was not very nice (there was quite a strong smell of mold). It is a pity that before booking we haven’t seen any comments regarding that bad smell and cold..
