Value for money. Big room, clean bathroom.
Building stunk of smoke as soon as we entered. Our room had a back door that was unlocked. The mirror was covered in white splashes, we could feel every single spring in the bed and had pillow cases but no pillows. The bin was full. We don’t get our code until ten minutes after check in and despite sending a message and ringing several times we received no contact except automated messages. The manager also barged into our room without warning, although she did apologise. When we asked about pillows she went off to find some but never returned.
