Affordable Luxury 4 Stunning apartment Sunderland close to City centre hospital Crown Works Studio and Nissan

This flat was definitely a surprise of the week of our travels. We did not expect much when looking at the city map and when standing on the dirty street where the house is located, we kind of doubted our choice. But it was trully great. Huge flat with 2 bedrooms - very comfy (and soft) double bed with beautiful window leading to the street, children bedroom with bunk bed. Big bathroom and comfortable living room. Kitchen was kind of small but absolutely sufficient. There were stairs from the kitchen leading to a small backyard. We had a very comfortable night in here. Parking right in front of the appartment is free. The street is quiet in the night. There is a nice Mary´s Fish and chips shop just few block away. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, but we did not explore the routes, we used the car to get to the center and to the beach (about 10 mins, very nice, with lighthouse, lovely evening walk).

We missed the dining table. I guess there was enough space in the living room to fit one. There was only a counter in the kitchen with some stools, but it was not suitable for 4 people to eat even only the breakfast.

Lovely flat. Near to rail and shop. Good communication with helpful host. Great to be able to wash clothes too. Easy to get into Newcastle.

I wasn't keen on the street parking, but there is a lot of availability and the car was fine.

Spotlessly clean and roomy, great for an overnight stay with a well equipped kitchen and exceptionally large bathroom.

Bunk beds were a little uncomfortable. Could do with better quality mattresses. However the double bed mattress was excellent and very comfy.

It’s a beautiful apartment,we enjoyed our stay. We felt too comfortable to a point we thought we were at our home. Close to everywhere we planned to visit.
