What a gem! Close enough to enjoy St Ives but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. Very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again.

Kitchen good size. Nice and private.
Bed only double, could do with being bigger. Needed a teapot. Difficult coming out of gate onto road, both pedestrian access blocked and driving out of parking space onto road could not see if any vehicles coming.

Location was perfect, 25 minute walk into St Ives. Property was so cosy and lovely, exceptionally clean. Definitely Book!
