Two Bedroom Apartment Cork Road Killarney

Apartment was beautiful and absolutely ideal for us

It’s rough looking from the outside and the walk up to the apartments. But the apartment itself is lovely

Private parking and good for family

Facilities and cleanliness, hot water not consistent

The place is in town and so spacious!!!! Each room had 2 beds. The place was so clean.

There wasn’t pots or pans to use for cooking.

It was good value for money and the location was great. It was a quick taxi in and out of the centre of town.

When we arrived, the entrance way was quite dirty and having followed the check in instructions we arrived to our room to find that other guests were already in that room. I called the location and they sent the supervisor out to look into the issue. About 10 minutes later he arrived and told us that it was an issue with booking.com sending the wrong information and that we were in a different room however he didn't apologise for the inconvenience. It seemed like it was an ongoing issue and if so, why weren't we provided the correct instructions ahead of arriving? When we eventually go to our room, the water for the showers needed to be turned on and took an hour to heat up meaning that we had to have cold showers in order to make our dinner reservation. On the listing, it said that there were toiletries provided but there was only hand soap (no shower gel or shampoo).
