Two Bedroom Apartment Cork Road Killarney

The apartment was incredibly spacious, with even more room than we needed. I felt it was brilliant value for money. Check-in was easy, and the host communicated well with us. We would definitely stay again.

Nice big apartments. Not far into Killarney centre. People should know that there is no reception. You must call when you arrive as per the instructions you are given. There was confusion when we arrived due to the coincidence of two people having the same first name arriving at the same time but it wasn't anyones fault. We were in block D and it was very quiet.

Easy check in, good communication

It was good value for money and the location was great. It was a quick taxi in and out of the centre of town.

When we arrived, the entrance way was quite dirty and having followed the check in instructions we arrived to our room to find that other guests were already in that room. I called the location and they sent the supervisor out to look into the issue. About 10 minutes later he arrived and told us that it was an issue with booking.com sending the wrong information and that we were in a different room however he didn't apologise for the inconvenience. It seemed like it was an ongoing issue and if so, why weren't we provided the correct instructions ahead of arriving? When we eventually go to our room, the water for the showers needed to be turned on and took an hour to heat up meaning that we had to have cold showers in order to make our dinner reservation. On the listing, it said that there were toiletries provided but there was only hand soap (no shower gel or shampoo).
