Ideal for an overnight in Killarney

Location was v good, and walking distance to a SuperValu. The apartment was spotless, spacious & the radiators were powerful, so the apartment heated up quickly. I must say great communication too by the property’s management.

The only thing I didn’t like, was the 300e deposit you have to pay. It is in the fine print of the terms and conditions. It does get returned 5/7 days later, but I just found 300e a lot of money to pay out as a deposit.

Avoid this place!

They tried to scam us! One day before our stay, they suddenly demanded a refundable deposit of €300. This was very surprising and not clearly communicated in advance. Only after searching carefully did we eventually find a mention of it in the Booking description. Fine — we paid it. After our stay, once the refund period had passed, we started emailing and calling them. Communication with the staff was terrible: they often ignored our messages or repeatedly asked us to provide proof of payment and similar things. In the end, Booking itself had to step in and help us. We finally got our money back after about two months — but not thanks to the accommodation provider. A horrible experience. Avoid this place!

The bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied after the last lady had stayed and there wasn't any container to use in the microwave except for the breakfast bowls. A tea towel would be handy.

Pleasant stay although a little basic

We had 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms which was excellent. Facilities were top notch and couldn’t be happier with them as they were extremely comfortable.

Tea, coffee and most of all milk a little skimped for 4 adults also only way to contact anyone was via text or email which was very impersonal as we had no contact with host

I was very disappointed in the overall state of the building and area. For the cost I don’t feel it was worth it for ou

I liked that it had a washing machine but the dryer function was unclear how to make it work right so we wasted a lot of time drying clothes. You must use the auto dry feature for it to work. This was the main reason I chose to stay here to wash clothes midway through our trip.

It felt like we were driving into a run down area. Dumpsters, peeling paint, broken and dirty looking building. The bathroom in our unit had many broken tiles dirty fixtures. The front door looked like it had been broken at some point. The beds had no support and the pillows were flat. No wash clothes provided.

Jamie at reception was fantastic. So welcoming and helpful. The apartment was fantastic value for the 2 nights and was v spacious. The mattress' were the most comfortable I have ever slept on, in ANY rented accomodation/ air bnb or apartment so that was a huge bonus and lastly, it was surprisingly quiet - even on the night of the All Ireland final with kerry winning.

The kitchen could do with a frying pan.
