Perfect location, perfect communication with the host. The apartment itself is quite comfortable and our stay here was good. All in all, it's a good value for money and I would recommend it to other people.
The main pain point is the shower - after taking it the floor, toilet and other staff is covered with water.
The balcony wasn't clean and there were a lot of dead bugs and cockroaches on the floor there - this might be coming from other apartments/street, but still it was not possible to go there without shoes.

For anyone visiting Bucharest this is the perfect location to stay. Ideal for one or two individuals. The check in instructions were on point - the room was clean and they also recommended us places to visit during our stay.
