Great central location, close to the metro and shops. It’s a good place to stay, especially for budget travelers

There is only one bathroom shared by ten people, so it can sometimes be occupied

The hostel is very clean

The hostel is very clean and well maintained. Javid and Mohammed make a great effort every day to ensure that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. They are always helpful, friendly, and professional. Thanks to their dedication, staying here is easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much!

Initially it was horrible but once I got the bed, it was all okay.

Location of the property is very good. 150 meters walk from BurJuman metro exit gate no 4.

The host was very unprofessional. The moment I was about to board my flight from New Delhi, I received a message from the host that there was some maintenance work going on and that he won't be able to provide me the bed. I realized it later that he had overbooked the property and there was no such maintenance work. It was such a horrible moment for us and I was travelling to another country and he refused to provide me with the bed at the last moment. I had to literally argue with a lady from their management team to get the bed.

Host responded as soon as I called and continuous support was there onwards

Address was not clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation, hence I had to call given contacts to liaise in collecting keys. But if I had not had phone to call Dubai phone number then it would have been night mare reaching host to find address and details on how to check in
