Nothing, accommodation advertised especially description is different from actual place, deceiving customers. Owner he will refund but didn't. I will definitely raised this concern with Booking.com.

Clean, quiet and near metro station

Both Hosts were excellent, Specially Dr. Mohammed was too supportive. House was very clean at all time. Location is close to Metro Station and Super markets.

Comfortable, clean, and budget-friendly

This was my first time staying at this property and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable it was. Perfectly located minutes from the metro station, it’s easy to find, and extremely convenient. The owner, Mr Javid offers exceptional customer service and a friendly, clean environment for travelers on a budget. I’ve stayed In a few hostels around the world and mostly, I’m not happy with the experience. This was a great experience. Comfortable, clean, and convenient. Definitely recommend, I’ll be back.

Lustige Erfahrung in einem Arbeiterviertel ohne Touristen in Dubai

Man ist unverhofft in eine andere echtere Welt von Dubai eingetauscht. Das war spannend zu sehen, da man eine solche Gegend vermutlich nicht besuchen würde. Man läuft auch keinem einzigen Touristen über den Weg und es gibt preiswerte shawarma Läden an jeder Ecke. Wir wurden in einer ähnlichen Ersatzunterkunft in der Nähe untergebracht auf Grund von einer Überbuchung. Die Kommunikation funktionierte gut. Immerhin hatten wir Glück und waren nur zu zweit inem einem großen Schlafsaal mit Stockbetten, welche auch einigermaßen sauber und halbwegs bequem waren. Der Preis ist auch sehr günstig in Vergleich zum Rest und da man ja eh den ganzen Tag auf Achse ist wars irgendwie trotzdem eine lustige unverhoffte Erfahrung.

Die Unterkunft hat gestunken war dreckig und sehr herunter gekommen. Das Bad war extrem eklig und dreckig. Es existierte dort auch ein extrem chemischer und beißender Geruch. Den ganzen Tag und die Nacht donnert alle 2-5 min der Aufzug laut durchs Gebäude und lässt es erschüttern. Man tut sich schwer mit dem Schlafen, denn man hört und spürt das auch lautstark. Ich glaube wir waren in dieser Unterkunft mit die ersten Touristen.

Это хостел. По факту это 1.5 комнатная квартира. Одно помещение прям при входе, 6 коек. Второе небольшое отдельное помещение, есть дверь, тоже 6 коек. Один санузел на 12 человек. Кухня. Проживание совместное, и мужчины и женщины. При бронировании заявлялось как отдельные аппартаменты целиком и ни слова про совместное проживание еще с 11 людьми. Я не стала оставаться. Владелец не вернул деньги. Booking надо обратить внимание на недобросовестного владельца, вводящего в заблуждение гостей и не предоставляющего полной информации об объекте и условиях проживания.
