Everything about this hotel is grand, from stay to the distance. The pashupati nath temple is just a walk away and the staff at reception can sort almost everything for you. From taxi to currency exchange, they helped us in so many ways. facilities are great and they accomodate the request as well. i was lucky that they upgraded our room. The food at the hotel is delicious, must try nepali thali. Worth the money

The property was close to the airport and I only stayed here one night. It’s on the main road. I found the staff very helpful and friendly.
The room could use renovation. The towels on the bed were visibly dirty or looking worn out rather as if they have been used for years- they should be replaced.
There was loud music playing either within the building in another room, or at a nearby property- either way not very good resting.
