Great stay. Would happily return . Very good value for quality room, and location . Warmly greeted by Gonesh (sp?) and the owner Adi. On a very quiet and safe street , with easy walking distance to cafés , markets, restaurants, Patan Darbar Square. Nice, clean firm bed — slept great both nights. Complimentary water delivered each day. Breakfast was also delicious. Room kinda small but hardly mattered with large porch attached, and pleasant lounge area nearby. Room I booked included a shared bathroom, which was slightly inconvenient, but also not a big deal since I seemed to be the only one on my floor using it.

The hotel is located in a quiet area but close to shops, restaurants, cafes and historical sites. The staff was friendly and accommodating to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was great. We can highly recommend this affordable and cozy hotel.

Breakfast Excellent. They served additional food items out of set menu everyday at free of cost with smiling face. Staffs are also guest friendly and with alway smiling face
No Lift Facility and need to walk few minutes to reach main road

The rooms are quite nice and comfortable.
The breakfast is terrible.
Coleslaw sandwiches one morning and then salad and biscuts the next? No one eats this for breakfast.
We tried to order an omelet but it never came.
Also hot water is not reliable.
