В моем случае это было сложно. Мы приехали по адресу квартиры в районе 21-00, я уточняла время заселения, но ключи надо было забирать в 2 км от квартиры. Мне пришлось пешком идти поздно вечером искать ключи.
Уточнять нду ключи, или при любом времени заселения передавать их лично.

Не понравилась кровать. Указано двухспальная кровать, были сдвинуты две односпальные, было не удобно спать из двух матрасов, постоянно была дыра по средине ,
